1、 Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist provincial and district managers in guiding product sales and sales management in their respective areas, ensuring the smooth completion of various indicators in their jurisdiction;

2. Organize and manage the standardized construction of the sales team under its jurisdiction;

3. Guide and motivate subordinates to build a high-performance sales team, in order to achieve the annual performance targets of the province;

4. Participate in the planning and development of human resource management for the sales team in the designated area, provide opportunities for education and training for subordinates, and cultivate and reserve sales management talents;

5. Strengthen basic marketing work, regularly check the weekly visits of subordinates, and promptly respond and handle feedback issues;

6. Understand the sales direction of the product, the sales network of distributors, and maintain the company's pricing system;

2、 Qualifications for the position:

1. Between 25-38 years old, with a college degree or above, majoring in marketing, sales management, business administration, or related fields;
